Erin Bouthillier has worked in environmental consulting in the eastern U.S. for over 30 years. She enjoys the interaction with a variety of public and private clients as well as the solitude of being in the woods. 

As a consultant Ms. Bouthillier often looks to solve problems that satisfy client needs as well as regulations. Understanding the many disciplines/perspectives involved in each project gives Erin the advantage in developing solutions. 

Ms. Bouthillier is responsible for managing the Columbus Office as well as client management, field work, permitting, and report writing. When she is not in the office, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, gardening, and traveling.

Stacy graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Wildlife Biology.  She began her career with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service conducting endangered species surveys and as a GIS technician with Mead Coated Board.

At Consolidated Resources, Stacy  specializes in NPDES compliance (Georgia and Alabama), Wetland permitting and delineations, and Phase I Assessments. 

Outside of work, you can find Stacy building community one gravel bike ride at a time, mentoring athletes across their first triathlon finish line, organizing volunteers for local sporting events, and running obstacles course adventure races with Luna, her Corgi Chi.

Caroline graduated from Columbus State University with a Bachelor's degree in Earth and Space Science, concentrating in Environmental Science.

She joined Consolidated Resources, LLC as an intern in January 2024 and now works full-time, contributing to NPDES compliance, mitigation monitoring, Phase I environmental assessments, and wetland delineations. 

When Caroline's not working, you can find her curled up with a good book, surrounded by her three cats, and her dog, Pippi.  As well as trying new recipes with her family.

Renata Paiva is originally from Brazil. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Columbus State University. 

Renata started working at Consolidated Resources in 2015 as an Environmental Technician working on NPDES Compliance Mitigation Monitoring, Phase I Environmental Assessments, Wetland Delineations. She has assisted with research and monitoring of avian productivity and survival at different locations in Georgia and Alabama.  Her experience also includes Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data acquisition and processing. 

Renata is in the process of completing her GIS certification from Columbus State University.

Outside of the office, Renata enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, hiking, playing sports, and volunteering.
